Welcome to Blair Street Properties, we are your housing provider while you’re in attendance at NALTC. Each unit is a 3 bedroom 2 bath and accommodates three students. Each unit is fully furnished and stocked with kitchen necessities for cooking. (See list of items in apartment below) All units have Wi-Fi and Hulu available, the passwords and user names are provided on the information sheet located in the kitchen next to the refrigerator. This is also where you will find phone numbers for management in case of a maintenance issue. Below the information sheet you will find a key to your mailbox that corresponds with your unit number. Mailboxes are located on the property near the B building. Please place key back on the hook each time as these are hard to replace. All rooms have been pre-assigned and swapping rooms is not permitted. (LOCATE YOUR ROOM NUMBER BY CLICKING HERE). There is one master bedroom per unit, you may reserve it by clicking here. This is First Come First Serve. The Master is a larger room with a private bathroom. Upon arrival to your unit you will find two copies of your lease in the bedrooms on the bed. Please find your room and read and sign both copies, upon arrival of management they will collect payment and the copy of your lease that is paperclipped. You will need to retain the other copy for the DMV when its time for your CDL test for proof of residency in Tennessee. Keys to your unit will be hanging in your bedroom doorknob, one fits the front the other is your room key. We accept Cash or Cashiers check made out to Blair Street Properties LLC. NO PERSONAL CHECKS. The amount due is $2,000.00. Please do not lock front door during the day until all parties in your unit have moved in as they will not have access through the front door until they have checked in. You may lock your bedroom door as they are all keyed different so you may secure your room throughout your stay. You may arrive at the property anytime starting Friday (8/30/24) at 6am. We will be by on Monday (9/2/24) at the following times to collect rent.

The times provided on the roster are simply the date and time we will be around to collect money and a copy of the lease. If you have checked in please try to schedule trips to the store around this time to limit the number of trips to the property for management for rent collection. Below you will also find a set of rules that are required during your stay, please also refer to your lease for additional rules and check-out instructions when you graduate. If you exit the program early for any reason, notify management immediately so an inspection to your unit may be done prior to you leaving to avoid charging you for damage that occurred after that date.
*All students are not 21 years old. Be mindful of contributing laws and know that any violation will be reported to school administration.
Any maintenance issues that are an emergency call 24/7 (water leaks, etc) for any issues not causing immediate damage, please call or text during business hours.
A violation of any rules below will result in partial or full loss of deposit. Amount based on case by case basis. Violations may also be reported to school staff when appropriate.
No Pets
No Charcoal grills on concrete or under porches
Do not block air returns in living room
Do not hang anything from walls including command strips and led lights
No overnight guest (per the school)
Do not attempt to repair damage yourself. Please report it immediately.
Keep trash removed from units routinely as dumpsters are provided on the property.
Do not pour grease down the drains
Be mindful of loud noise in the evening as there are single family residences nearby. Quiet Time is as follows: Sunday-Thursday 9:00pm Friday and Saturday is 10:00pm
No open containers outside of the apartments. If you’re of age please use a cup.
Keep trash picked up outside so not to prohibit lawn crew from mowing.
Calls for lockouts may result in a charge to your deposit.
Excessive utility bills outside of yearly running average may be charged to your deposit. If you have a water leak or drip please report it to avoid this. Also be mindful of thermostat setting.
No smoking inside of units. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground outside.

-Shower curtains and rugs
-Plunger and toilet brush
-Broom and Swiffer mop
-Pots, pans, and mixing bowls
-Toaster, Coffee Pot, Microwave
-Standard size fridge, electric stove/oven, and dishwasher
-Washer/Dryer
-Cooking utensils and pot holders
