ARRIVAL AND PAYMENT

You may arrive anytime after 8/27/26 at 8:00AM.

There will be a mandatory meeting held at NALTC classroom on Sunday (8/30/26) at 1:00pm to collect rent, sign leases, and go over property rules.

Cashiers Check should be made out to Blair Street Properties, LLC.

CDL Students – Notarized Lease Requirement

If you are planning to obtain your CDL, your lease must be notarized. A notary will be available at check-in on August 30 to notarize your lease.

Please bring $5 cash, separate from your rent payment, to pay the notary fee.
